The debate on if Vybz Kartel has been recording new material in jail is still ongoing on several different dancehall sites, but we already answer long ago to the question with a statement/ press release that was sent  exclusively to our site from Adidjaheim Records‘ own office few years ago,  where was made it know Kartel wasn’t recording new music in jail. The fact that label and producers decide to pubblish and share a  new Kartel’s song  everyday  doesn’t mean the song was just recorded, as in this case, where is clear that is pre-recorded material and it get released now.Â
