Kabaka Pyramid’s upcoming album “Kontraband” is set to release on May 25th as a joint release with Ghetto Youths International and Bebble Rock Records.
In addition to working with Damian Marley and Stonebwoy, Kabaka recruited fellow rising stars Chronixx, Protoje, and Pressure to contribute features on the album.
The project looks to continue and build upon the success of Kabaka’s head-turning 2013 EP Lead The Way.
Kontraband is expected to contain roughly 14 tracks, and coincides with a tour beginning in Spring 2018.

Kabaka Pyramid, the versatile Jamaican lyricist and singer, drops his brand new video today for “Kaught Up,” his fourth single (produced by Genis Nadal) revealed from his upcoming debut album Kontraband, following “Well Done,” “Can’t Breathe” and “Borders” feat. Stonebwoy.
Directed by Alex Sandoval, the vibrant visual for “Kaught Up” captures the chemistry between Kabaka and his love interest under Miami’s neon lights.
