Di Genius Records released a new Vybz Kartel’s dancehall war song titled “Murda Practice”, that has been catching up some serious controversy.
Di Genius Mc Gregor is a popular Jamaican reggae dancehall producer and recording artist himself, as his brother Chino Mc Gregor, both are the sons of legendary reggae artist Freddie Mcgregor, the founder of their Black Ship imprinting.

Vybz Kartel and Genius recorded together more than a couple of hot dancehall songs back in the days, one over all of them titled “Careful”.
DI Genius was really young at that time, he still is, the song and their collaboration dates back to 2009. Shortly after the release of the hit single “Careful”, the producer and the Gaza World Boss had a fall out and their beef has been told in many songs, including “Can’t Take We Life” produced by Genius and voiced with Mavado.

After falling out with Kartel, Genius started dissing and beefing against him while siding with Gully God Mavado, that all happened back in 2009.
Fast forward to 2018 and Genius Records drops a unreleased war song from the incarcerated 1 Don of dancehall music, but it’s pre-recorded material, an old song that dates back many years.
Vybz Kartel himself, that has been pretty vocal on social media lately, sparking speculations he has a phone and he is running his own social media accounts, took to it to IG few weeks ago, this past December, blasting producer Di Genius for releasing an old song. Vybz Kartel literally wrote
