This year MOBO Award nominations in the category Best Reggae Act are intense!
Sean Paul, Mr. Vegas, Damian Marley, Popcaan, Konshens were in fact all nominated in the Best Reggae Act, for the upcoming Music of Black Origin Awards ceremony scheduled for November 3.
For each of these artist has been a really good year.
Sean Paul’s fifth studio album Tomahawk Technique and his leading singles “She Doesn’t Mind,” and “Got 2 Luv U” featuring Alexis Jordan are still going strong in Europe and everywhere else .
Mr. Vegas’ single “Bruck It Down” topped Dancehall charts for several weeks in Europe and Jamaica as well as the rest of the World.
Damian Marley Gong Zilla’s has a lot of hits, but latest single “Affairs Of The Heart” is a favorite topping Reggae song worldwide.
Konshens had also a blast this year. He has a lot of hits out from “Gal A Bubble” to “Stop Sign” to his latest “On Your Face” on Wild Bubble Riddim.
